Positive CLV = you beat the closing price, historically the best predictor of long-run edge.
Longshot filter is off — entries above the validated odds cutoff are known to carry roughly
4x lower average CLV and are the source of most entry→slip decay. Numbers below will look
weaker than the filtered default; that's the longshot tail, not a regression.
